"Entries must be original works in any media including: painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, video, sculpture, ceramics, fibers, mixed media, and performance pieces."

I have no idea since they don't mention text anywhere in their listing but they say "any media." I'm sadly inclined to think the answer is "no" but it might be worth asking them.
