I'm not following closely, it's been a long, long time since I was close-reading anthro texts, and I'm at the end of a long 12hr day spent getting into the gritty details of many people's organs (so, quite possibly not a useful perspective for what you're doing here). But I'm curious -- what do they mean by "organ" in this context? (Also, what does "the desiring-production assemblage" mean?)
