Well, so much of my stuff is school-related even if it isn't class-related; I had to fill out IRB forms so I could go and talk to people for my research, and that took forever, and last night I was grading quizzes because I couldn't bring myself to look at the articles I need to read for Thursday. My students must think I am the most dedicated ever; I'm always grading things within a couple of days, even exams. It's really just because I am avoiding other work, but they don't need to know that!

You're not the only one! Though maybe in a minority. But for me personally, I got into Pokemon because of the games, and even though I mostly don't play video games anymore, they're still really appealing and fun. It helps that both of my housemates play and so it's something that we all do together. Remember: If you are doing art projects, and other people are playing video games, it's likely that if anyone involved is a loser, it's not you. ;) I have to catch up on the anime... well, "have to" is a really strong term. If it's coming out one episode a week, though, I might try to pick it up, I'm pretty sure I can spare twenty minutes once a week.

(I totally understand the loss of interest. When the sun isn't out --- which it hasn't been this weekend, although it's starting to clear up --- I'm like "Why would I do anything, ever? Maybe I should lay here until the world ends." But if it's a nice day, and I got nine hours of sleep? "Let's do everything ever!!!")
