Would be interested to read the dressage article... I've done very little dressage training, and all of it from the 'natural horsemanship' side of things. But I'm generally curious.
Atlanta: There at least used to be a veg/vegan soul food restaurant, but I forget where. And The Grit in Athens is definitely worth going to, if you feel up to a bit of roadtrip. :) Elsewise, most of what I do in Atlanta involves visiting people rather than places, so I don't have to many other suggestions. Is Little 5 Points still interesting?
