King size beds are great ideas, and can cost in the hundreds to crazy dollars, depending. Go to more than one mattress store and tell them that the other guy said something better. For the water feature, that is a common household problem. I do not know the answer, but I bet Home Depot does. Or your contractor. I am not sure you have to drain it. And I think you have to do something to prevent it for the future.
