I don't know much about "the seduction community" (and from what little I've seen from your links I really don't want to know much, and I'm glad that my undergraduate attempts at dating were poisoned by nothing stronger than The Sensuous Dirty Old Man), but it seems intuitively obvious (ha!) that if a man with some minimal level of self-confidence and hygeine asks one or two hundred women "will you have sex with me?", one of them will probably say "yes", and if he doesn't invest a great deal of effort into getting to know each of those women, then he will get to that "yes" sooner. (One might call this r-strategy dating.) The downside is that before that one woman says "yes", some higher number will back away from the encounter thinking "eeeww". So I guess the function of these training programs, aside from separating socially inept misogynists from their money, is to train them to not care about the "eeeww" reaction.
