The King Arthur catalog sold these for years and they provide great advice and customer service. Their test kitchen may be able to give you some tips for getting the bread off easily. If you want to check with them before doing anything drastic, their contact information is (802) 649-3717 or email to bakers@kingarthurflour.com. Yours is surely not the first machine to do this!
My own approach would be, yank or cut the loaf off, pick away as much adhered bread as possible with fingers and a non-scratching plastic utensil, and then use a mister to soak the rest and deglom it gradually with the fingers and plastic scraper.
