There will be no 4th expansion in this "arc". TBoW is its final expansion.
Next up is a RFTG dice game by Wei-Hwa (lead designer) and myself. No, it's not Yahtzee in space! ;-)
Sometime beyond this, we'll do another "arc", which will consist of just one (larger) expansion to the base RFTG game, with some completely different mechanics (no takeovers, prestige, or goals, etc.) and a new theme (exploration of the unknown, instead of the slow descent into galactic warfare). But, that's more than a year away.
Enjoy TBoW and the entire first arc, there's a lot to discover in it.
