Right. Trans women are a marginalized group of women; having a cis people group reinforces the dominant paradigm, where having a trans person group does not. (There are questions of what happens to genderqueer people, and what constitutes trans, and things can get a little thorny, but that's the basic take I think applies most of the time.)
