The Central Square Theater (that weird new building next to Mary's with the hideous sculpture) is apparently putting on a play about Harriet Jacobs called, creatively, Harriet Jacobs. Anyone want to go? I can do any of the 21-31 days. I have no idea how the play is, but her book Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl is fucking brilliant and is old enough that you can straight-up read it on Google. If you haven't, I recommend it. Umm, we can hash out the scheduling in comments, I guess, if other people are interested?

I would definitely go to this! I wrote a paper in college on how writers of female slave narratives used techniques later adopted by contemporary writers like Tim O'brien. Unfortunately, I am going back to nh on Wednesday and am busy Tuesday, which doesn't work with your schedule, but am letting you know this on the off chance that things change/other people can go that time.
