These notes you've been posting seem to contain a lot of "theorists" speculating on sociology and psychology as a biological phenomenon without any actual knowledge of biology as a science. I'm not surprised that one bit struck you as being similar to evolutionary psychology, because it seems like that field would have been invented by people like this.
