Oh no that's a fine point, I mean, things are never as good as they sound except in the ultra-rare circumstances under which they are better. The fact that they even pay lip service to this kinda stuff, though, is better than I would have expected of "random tech department at random university." Which may have been wrong of me, I dunno.
