I don't know if I have more time than you, but I'm registered for the 3DNC myself. I do not guarantee sanity or coherence, but I had an outline and I wasn't scheduled to do anything else for three days.
As for where to go to have fun for a weekend in Seattle, the answer to that is clearly "the Bay or Vancouver BC or maybe Portland if you'd rather take the train."
