Irony!

I was quoted in today's Boston Globe article about healthy living in Somerville, talking about cycling and bike lanes. You can read it here.

On the way to work today I was hit by a large black sedan with tinted windows, which then ran away before I could get its license plate number. I'm OK.

Irony 2: Bride of Irony

Got grazed by a bus on the way home from work. Didn't even fall, but I could feel it pulling along my arm as it passed me, and had no room to the right of me to pull away... I think the driver misjudged his right side. I'm fine, it didn't even touch the bike. I just... gah. Didn't get this plate, either, because I then immediately had to veer behind the bus to dodge a car door and just sort of stopped to catch my breath. Not dead!

Some days are good days. This is not one of them. I am taking the subway tomorrow.
